Refund And Return Policy

At Safe Star Destinations, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Having a clear timeframe and conditions helps avoid disputes and improves customer trust .

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Any items marked as non-returnable

Refund Policy (Cash on Delivery Only)

  • Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are processed via:
    • Bank transfer, OR
    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash (or similar method)
  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection of returned items.
  • COD refunds are not processed in cash at the doorstep.

COD refunds are typically handled through alternate payment methods after return approval .

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos
  • You will be eligible for a replacement or full refund
